We understand the importance of effective communication, following good practice, guidance, policies and procedures.
This will enable the young person to take control of their own life through informed choices and decisions. The young person will be registered a key worker who will monitor their progress and work in collaboration with other agencies and professionals in accordance to the pathway

Why choose supported Accommodation?
Ivy-Lynn takes a holistic approach where we take into account every aspect of the young person's life, aiming to:
⦿ Involve the young person in every discussion and plans concerning them and their future
⦿ Support them in accessing and taking responsibility of their health including mental and emotional.
⦿ Encourage them to develop and grow in confidence, motivation, and employability skills.
⦿ Equip with integration skills so they can be able to access local resources and mainstream services so that they can lead full and purposeful lives in the community and be able to develop a range of friendships, activities and relationships
